Spots on each trip are first-come, so if you have a date in mind, reach out early. Don’t see your region? Tell us where the piano is headed — we add routes based on demand, and there may already be a trip forming in your direction.
If your move-out date falls before the next trip to your area, we can collect the piano early and hold it in our climate-controlled warehouse until the truck rolls.
Long-distance dates rarely line up cleanly. Our restricted-access warehouse stays at 60–65°F and 40–50% humidity all year, and every piano is stored on its own instead of stacked like freight.
