We ask that you please be considerate when canceling or postponing a job as it has a great effect on our scheduling. Please be available at the designated time of our arrival. We understand that things happen, we would appreciate some notice in the event of a delay.
Same-day cancellations will be charged for 1 hour of quoted full crew rate.
Regarding time of deliveries we try to make the move as economical as possible. However we do offset cost with having up to 9 other deliveries a day. Being pianos are not usually all in the same 3 town radius, we do need to schedule according to logistics, in order to complete all deliveries. We try to accommodate preference timing if possible. We take that into consideration when making the route the day before. Where we will call in the mid afternoon the day before, to set up a time window for each move, and the crew will call 30 minutes before arrival on the moving day. Being that we travel over 100 miles usually per day, for all deliveries we would need to schedule so we do not go one hour south , one hour back north just to go one hour back south. We try to make the move as comfortable for everyone , timing wise and economical wise, however routing is essential being that most moves are usually 20 miles apart on the closer side of of "close" .We understand things do come up as we get closer to the move date and there are postponements. We ask that we have minimum of 24 hours notice , and is a large reason we schedule the afternoon before. Being postponement we will end up moving time windows several times before the day of the move, if we promise timing far ahead of the day of the move.
